We accept eligible return requests made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The 7-day return window applies to ordinary change-of-mind returns. It does not limit any legal rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
For health, hygiene, personalization, and product integrity reasons, certain merchandise is not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Essential Oil Products
Opened, used, or altered essential oil roller bottles and other personal-care products cannot be returned.
Handcrafted Candles
Candles that have been burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for standard returns.
Natural Ox Drinking Horns
Drinking horns that have been used for beverages, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for standard returns.
Custom and Personalized Laser-Engraved Products
Merchandise personalized with customer-requested names, dates, wording, artwork, or other specifications is generally nonreturnable once production has begun.
Final Sale Merchandise
Products clearly identified as final sale or nonreturnable before purchase are not eligible for ordinary returns, where permitted by law.
These exclusions do not remove customers' rights regarding defective, damaged, materially misrepresented, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise.
Crystals, gemstones, minerals, and other natural products vary in color, shape, size, markings, inclusions, texture, and appearance.
These characteristics are part of their natural beauty and individuality.
Minor natural differences between an item and its photograph do not necessarily constitute defects.
Unused crystals and gemstones may be returned when the return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and the merchandise meets our standard return requirements.
If an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or is not the item ordered, please contact us for assistance.
Our custom laser-engraved creations are made according to customer-provided instructions.

When a design proof is provided, customers should review and approve it before production begins.
Once production has started, custom merchandise generally cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind.
If A & L Nature Bound makes an engraving, personalization, or fulfillment error, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
We carefully inspect and package merchandise before shipment.

Customers should not ship merchandise to an address without first receiving return instructions.

If merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by A & L Nature Bound, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including return shipping when required.
Any return shipping responsibilities remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Our standard shipping charge is $8.00 per order for eligible orders within the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal over $80.00 receive free standard shipping, as described in our Shipping Policy.
For ordinary returns, any original shipping charge paid by the customer will not be refunded.
Shipping charges will be refunded when required by applicable law or when an appropriate remedy for an error by A & L Nature Bound calls for reimbursement.
Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used through GoDaddy checkout, when supported by the payment provider.
Additional time may be required for the payment provider or financial institution to post the refund to the customer's account.
Refund amounts for ordinary returns will generally reflect the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise, excluding nonrefundable original shipping charges.
Applicable taxes and any legally required adjustments will be handled according to law.
Exchanges may be available for eligible merchandise, subject to inventory availability.
Because many of our products are natural, handcrafted, or individually selected, an identical replacement may not always be available.
Customers requesting an ordinary exchange must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative, refund, or other mutually agreed resolution.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied merchandise, applicable legal remedies remain available regardless of the ordinary exchange period.

Orders that have not entered production or shipment may be eligible for cancellation.
Custom or personalized merchandise that has already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation, subject to applicable law and restrictions disclosed before purchase.
Orders that have already shipped may be subject to the return requirements described in this policy.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will review available tracking information and make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when required by applicable law.

A & L Nature Bound offers free standard shipping on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal over $80.00, after discounts and before applicable taxes.
If a customer returns merchandise from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the refund will be calculated based on the eligible returned merchandise.
We will not retroactively charge the original $8.00 shipping fee solely because a partial return reduces the remaining merchandise subtotal below the free-shipping threshold.
Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs associated with ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to waive or restrict rights provided by applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
Where applicable law provides additional rights or remedies regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or undelivered merchandise, those rights take precedence over conflicting provisions of this policy.
A & L Nature Bound reserves the right to update this policy as business operations, merchandise, or legal requirements change.
Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights established at the time of purchase.
