1. Our Shipping Commitment

At A & L Nature Bound, we greatly appreciate every purchase and take pride in preparing and packaging your merchandise with care. Whether you choose natural crystals, gemstones, handcrafted candles, essential oil products, natural drinking horns, or personalized laser-engraved creations, our shipping commitment is to ensure that your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Thank you for supporting our small business!

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Standard merchandise orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized laser-engraved items generally require 5–7 business days for processing once we’ve received all personalization details and any necessary design approvals. Please note that these order processing times do not include shipping transit times and exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

3. Standard Flat-Rate Shipping

A & L Nature Bound offers standard flat-rate shipping for eligible orders within the contiguous 48 United States. The standard shipping fee is $8.00 per order, applicable to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $80.00 or less. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to payment completion.

4. Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $80.00! To qualify for free shipping, your merchandise subtotal must exceed $80.00 after any discounts and before tax. When your eligible order goes beyond $80.00, the standard $8.00 shipping fee will be waived, applying to eligible deliveries within the contiguous 48 United States. Any expedited shipping or special delivery services may incur additional charges, as disclosed during checkout.

5. Shipping Destinations

A & L Nature Bound currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States. At this moment, we do not offer standard website shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. This shipping policy will be updated if our shipping availability changes.

6. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Shipping transit times can vary based on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. The total estimated time to receive an order encompasses both processing and shipping transit times. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays and provide suitable assistance.

7. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We utilize established shipping carriers depending on package size, weight, destination, and service availability. When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their orders are prepared for shipment. Please understand that carrier tracking updates may take additional time to manifest.

8. Packaging and Product Protection

Our packaging is designed with care to protect your products during transportation. Crystals and gemstones, including fragile stones, towers, spheres, and mineral specimens, will receive added cushioning and protective wrapping. Handcrafted candles will be packaged to consider shape, materials, and temperature sensitivity. Essential oil products are enclosed to minimize leakage and breakage. Natural drinking horns and laser-engraved merchandise are also securely packed based on their distinct qualities.

9. Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom laser-engraved products, please allow 5–7 business days for processing once all personalization details and requisite design approvals have been received. Customers must ensure the accuracy of names, spellings, dates, and other personalization information prior to production. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started, and we will communicate any unexpected production delays as reasonably as possible.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It is vital for customers to provide accurate shipping information during checkout, verifying their name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. If you find an address error, please contact us immediately at support@alnaturebound.com. We will make reasonable efforts to amend shipping information before an order is shipped. After a package is transferred to the carrier, address changes might no longer be feasible, and additional reshipping charges may apply, where legally permissible and stated prior to payment.

11. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package seems delayed or lost, please check the tracking information and reach out to us for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate shipping issues with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy as per applicable law. A carrier's delivery confirmation does not negate any consumer rights as provided by law.

12. Damaged Merchandise

We want every order to arrive in excellent condition. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@alnaturebound.com. If possible, include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the merchandise and packaging. Please retain the merchandise and packaging while we review the issue, when feasible. We strive for an appropriate resolution that may include a replacement or refund when justified.

13. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

In the event a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other delivery challenges, we will attempt to contact the customer when possible. Reshipment may incur an additional shipping charge where permitted by law, and any additional costs will be disclosed before payment is requested. Refunds and other resolutions will adhere to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should reach out to us as soon as possible. Orders not yet in production or shipment may be eligible for cancellation. Custom merchandise already in production may have restrictions disclosed before purchase. Orders already shipped will be managed under our Return & Refund Policy.

15. Shipping Restrictions and Unexpected Delays

Certain merchandise could be subject to carrier restrictions, product-specific requirements, or relevant shipping regulations. Additionally, shipping may be influenced by severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Should we be unable to fulfill or ship an order, we will contact the customer with available options or a refund.

16. Changes to Our Shipping Policy

A & L Nature Bound reserves the right to amend shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, processing times, destinations, and available shipping services. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect prospectively. Shipping terms applicable at the time of an order will be honored, subject to applicable law.
